Julian, a graduate in Business Finance from Brunel University in London, England, has been a profitable proprietary trader for over 20 years. He has traded global macro markets including commodities, foreign exchange, stock indices and fixed income. He began as a graduate trainee at Citicorp Investment Bank before joining HSBC trading European Government bonds. After twelve years in banking Julian joined a hedge fund trading the G7 macro markets. Currently, Julian has recently resigned as the Derivatives Manager, running a fulltime team of traders for an Auckland Energy company. He is now sought after trading consultant working with organizations around the globe.

Julian is a long-time member of the Society of Technical analysts (STA) in the UK where he lectured on the Diploma Course for many years. He has been privileged to lecture in many locations throughout Asia, Europe and the Middle East on both trading and risk management.

Julian describes himself as a discretionary systematic trader. Having initially developed a systematic approach to trading when he first started this approach has stayed with him throughout his career. He has an approach to trading where the three major areas of trading – choosing which market to trade, executing the trade and managing the trade – are organized to give the aspiring professional trader the tools required to be consistently profitable.

Adam, a former co-owner of a thriving Visual Effects Production Company, shifted his focus to financial investments after selling his share in 2008. He became captivated by the potential of trading the financial markets, viewing it as a learnable skill comparable to mastering a language or sport. Adam specializes in identifying robust trends across markets and delivering world-class technical analysis to prestigious global institutions such as the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the Futures Institute division of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), and leading brokerage firms.

As an experienced trend trader, Adam operates on the Daily and 4-hourly timeframes, trading various asset classes including global indices, commodities, currencies, and selected equities. Having managed substantial funds for London-based firms, he enjoys mentoring others who embark on similar trading journeys. Adam is driven by the pursuit of a balanced and financially secure life, finding fulfillment in the dynamic and challenging aspects of day-trading. Born in Cape Town and currently residing in London, he aspires to retire in the warm Mediterranean in the coming years.

Orlando is a professional trader with over 10 years of experience. He started his journey learning the basics from free educational content and tested several trading systems with different indicators. Finally, he realized that trading the higher time frames was where he found better results and focused on swing trading.

He met Paul, who was a game changer for him. Paul made him realize that he needed to focus on two key factors: stop looking at 10 different markets at the same time and place his full attention on the few where he had his best results, and discipline and mindset.

Orlando sees Paul as his mentor and the person who showed him how to move from a good market analyst to a real trader. He realized that swing trading was not who he was as a trader and that he needed to focus on his decision making process. He made the decision to move from swing trading to daytrading after creating and backtesting his entry model on two markets, the USD and the JPY. These are the only two markets he actively trades today.

Orlando's entry model is based on liquidity sweeps and market inefficiencies at the London and Ny open, and here is where he has found true consistency.

Simon, a seasoned professional in the Corporate Relocation Industry since the late 90s.

He developed his own successful niche Corporate Letting Solution, attracting high-profile clients such as Microsoft and Oracle.

During the latter stages of this 16 year venture, just as AirBNB was as taking hold, Simon set up London-based Data Networks firm SAWTEC, serving the needs of A-List corporate clients Steve Cohen of Point 72, Asset Management, one of the biggest hedge fund managers in the world, being Sawtec’s number one client.

Post Covid; Sawtec completed their largest ever project to date. Outernet Global, the world’s first immersive media space in Soho London, an installation that that Simon and the Sawtec team are very proud of.

Simon also developed a passion for trading after taking a "Learn to Trade Forex" course in 2014, and with the guidance of Paul and his team, successfully navigated through the 2020/21 Crypto Bull Run.

He's positively fizzing with energy and enthusiasm, and he's looking forward to putting his expertise to work for the community.

Geoff Pyne – lives in Tasmania, Australia and has been trading forex since 2006. He first studied with and subsequently worked for an Australian Education company and then an Italian Hedge Fund Trader. Geoff added his own methodology to enhance the mentor’s already successful strategy and the Slingshot was born.

Since joining Actions To Wealth in 2012, he has (and does to this day) successfully trade The Slingshot which, in his own words “….is a true tortoise and hare methodology providing a very high Win/Loss ratio without raising the blood pressure too much…….suits us old fellas. Long term capital growth is my thing and Slingshot delivers year in/year out.”

Geoff works hard on tweaking reward to risk ratios without losing the Win/Loss ratio which still runs around 80%.

He was recently Chief Analyst with a top tier Asset Management firm. It manages over 270 billion euros in global funds. Covering multi strategies, with a broad range of internal and external portfolio managers.

He also sat on a ECB advisory committee on financial structuring. Before joining the bank, he was trading for himself for 8 years as a Proprietary trader focusing on the Australasian Markets and trading over a billion-gross value in trades per year AUD. Previously he worked in institutional sales trading at SAXO bank, one of the top FX banks in the world and was a Founding member of the NZ stock Exchange.

This experience gives him a unique insight into what it takes to succeed as a trader at all levels and what advantages normal retail traders can focus on to have a trading edge.

Lenka’s early work career as a Project Manager in the IT (UNIX) and banking industry enabled her to started investing early in life, initially in property and shares.

After her children came along, she looked for business opportunities where she could earn an income working from home.

Lenka attended a number of inspirational goal setting and business events where she learned about FOREX trading as an income generating business and her new goal was set.

What she loves about foreign currency trading is the ability to work around 5 hours per week and profit from the markets whether they are going up or down.

Paul has traded many different strategies and Instruments and timeframes before he joined Actions To Wealth. In the past he was unable to achieve the consistent results that he wanted. In his time with ATW, he has settled into trading on daily charts using the WaveRider strategy; which over the last few years, he has found gives him his best results for the least time spent trading.

Paul Hutton, is a senior trader with Actions to Wealth. Coming from a software development background, trading using technical analysis has always been an area of interest for him.

When Paul is not trading, he enjoys playing musical instruments, and he is also a great fan of cricket.

Ainslie is a professional trader and qualified technical analyst, who has been trading the financial markets for over twelve years. She is a Portfolio Manager/Trader at Morris Capital Australia, a wholesale licensed Australian fund and senior coach/trader with Actions to Wealth.

Having completed the industry-specific Diploma in Technical Analysis she is a Certified Financial Technician (CFTe), accredited and recognised by the International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA). She also holds Australian financial industry recognised RG146 qualifications in Generic Industry Knowledge, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange and Managed Investment Schemes.

Ainslie came to the financial markets from a 15 year career in property, both as a principal/director of her own real estate office in Sydney, Australia and a director of the family-owned property development company.
She then turned her interest back to finance and after years of study, research and trading, Ainslie became an investment fund manager and trader of an Australian registered retail fund specialising in currency, gold, oil and indices. She has now moved into the lucrative wholesale market and as a portfolio manager, now trades and manages her own fund, Sapphire Blue Macro with Morris Capital.

Since April 2019, Ainslie has been with Actions to Wealth regularly presenting various trading topics and coaching students. She has been part of the senior trading team, trading for a licensed fund, which operated under the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

She is passionate about trading, having spent many years developing her trading strategies and successfully applying these to her private and clients’ funds.

Dr. George, a Chartered Accountant, holds a doctoral degree in strategic leadership, a Certified Executive & Life Coach, and a leader and personal development expert, who has published over 10 books on Amazon.

His deep interest in the academic, personal growth and financial markets, grew and developed in parallel with his illustrious corporate career, demanding a lifestyle of supreme diligence and hard work as he is also a dedicated family man, married with two children.

True to his studious nature, Dr. George, immersed in in-depth study of all the various trading approaches and styles he was exposed to. It was after several years of this hard work that he gradually realized that his personality grasped market structure and ‘trading strategies’ more effectively as a price action trader.

Peter is the developer of the Trading Software which provides traders with easy-to-use tools for analysing the market and identifying trading opportunities. He is also a Forex trader and programmer with 12 years’ experience trading the Forex market and developing software for MetaTrader 4.

He has created an extensive library of software using his real-life trading experience which enables him to continually enhance the software and to provide more sophisticated trading tools with improved user-interface design. This software is used for both manual and fully automated trading systems.

Alexis Ho is a former student at Actions to Wealth and trades the WaveRider strategy across timeframes.

Lloyd has now stopped working and is a full time trader and investor. His preferred way is to make his trading as simple as possible and unexciting so trading can take a backseat to his lifestyle.
